New in January 2021, Green Fingers have started a series of yoga training workshops and yoga wellness sessions for foster carers. The sessions include some introductions to yoga poses, breathing techniques and discuss how yoga can help support anxiety, self-regulation, body awareness, motor skills and well-being and how to use these techniques at home with young people. No experience necessary as it is ideal for beginners and is a good place to start to learn about yoga and the positive impact it can have.
